Pakoras are made by adding one or two main ingredients, such as onion, eggplant, potato, spinach, plantain, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, or chili pepper. They are coated in a batter made from gram flour and then deep-fried.

It is an Indian dish and also very popular in Pakistan.
Pakoras are usually served as a snack or appetizer. They are also often served with masala chae to guests. In the United Kingdom, Pakoras are popular as a fast-food snack.


Here we are making Pakoras with a twist of Noodles. Easy and yummy recipe that you can enjoy in a rainy evening with hot chae.



 Ingredients For Noodles Pakora

 

   1.   2 Pack Noodles (Chatpata Flavor)

   2.   1 Egg

   3.   1/4 tea spoon Salt

   4.   1/4 tea spoon Black Pepper

   5.   3 table spoon Flour/Gram Flour



  Method To Make Noodles Pakora

 

  • Break noodles into 4 pieces then semi-boil the Noodles and leave them to cool down for a while. 
  • Take Egg and beat it then mix Noodles Masala, Salt and Pepper in it.
  • Then add 3 table spoons Flour/Gram Flour.
  • Now put boiled Noodles into the mixture and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Now with the help of a spoon put mixture in the oil and deep fry it on medium heat until golden brown.


Your tasty Noodles Pakoras are ready to eat.

If you feel that the mixture is too thick you can add some water in it.
